Our flagship facility until we moved our offices to our Farmington facility. Located in the historic town of Wethersfield (settled 1633), the facility has two spacious focus group rooms. The facility was entirely redecorated and technically upgraded with, for example, WiFi, digital video and audio recording capability, and video conferencing. Near I-91 it is an easy drive for most respondents in the greater Hartford area.
Wethersfield is a gem of a focus group facility, but the major asset for the Wethersfield facility is its experienced hostess and recruiter staff. This staff is the reason Hartford Research has had an outstanding reputation for over twenty years. We are proud that our facility has been given the highest ratings in the Impulse Survey for quality of recruiting, staff and facility amenities.
